ICAC Radio
In collaboration with RRS Radio of the Museo Reina Sofía, ICAC explores oral and sound-based media as a form of publication, storytelling, and the circulation of Central American narratives.
Building ICAC
The radio capsule series Building the Cáder Institute for Central American Art examines the process behind the creation of ICAC and its principal predecessor, Y.ES Contemporary—an initiative that, over the past decade, has been a key reference point in energizing and advancing contemporary art in El Salvador.
Language and the Art Scene in Guatemala
The series Language and the Art Scene in Guatemala brings together voices from the country’s artistic and curatorial field, whose cultural life is among the most vibrant in Central America. Guatemala carries a historical wound—the internal armed conflict (1960–1996) and the systematic violence against Indigenous peoples—which left an inescapable ethical and political mark. Against this backdrop, an ecosystem of practices, archives, and spaces marked by singular inventiveness has taken shape.
