The ”la Caixa” Foundation

The ”la Caixa” Foundation is one of the foremost philanthropic organisations in Spain, with its commitment to social progress and cultural development spanning more than a century. By virtue of action that integrates social, education, research and cultural programmes, the Foundation works to improve people’s well-being and enhance social cohesion. Inside this framework, culture becomes a decisive tool for creating opportunities, reducing inequality and creating shared spaces of growth; therefore, since December 2025 the “la Caixa” Foundation has been collaborating with the Museo’s public education programme.
