During the encounter, Tamar Garb reflects, with Siyabonga Njica, Pumla Gobodo-Madikizela, Thozama April and Elvira Dyangani, on the points of convergence between Pablo Picasso’s Guernica and the work by South African artist Dumile Feni, and from an array of disciplines such as art, social anthropology, African studies and the history of violence.
