Rental counters are located at: the Sabatini Building and the Nouvel Building entrances. 1€ each receiver. The transmitter for the group's guide is free.
The audioguides or the radioguides can be rented at either rental counter on the day of the visit or in advance. To arrange for rental in advance, call (+34) 91 774 2057 (Antenna Audio).
The Museum offers the following items free of charge to any visitors who may need them: wheelchairs, handheld sign-language guides, audioguides with audio description and magnetic induction loops. It also has brochures in braille and large print.
The Museum's complaint and suggestion forms are available at the information desk just inside the Sabatini Building entrance.
At the Museum
There are various locker sizes: 43 x 42 x 31 cm., 88 x 42 x 31 cm. and 88 x 42 x 64 cm.
Sizes: 29 x 34,5 x 42 cm.
Backpacks, bags and suitcases cannot be taken into the exhibition halls. The lockers are of limited dimensions. Objects larger than the locker cannot be stored.
Baby carriers are available at both locker services.
There are baby changing boards in the bathrooms on floor 2 and floor 4 of the Sabatini Building.
In the Nouvel Building Café and in the Library.
Medical service is available at the Museum in the event of emergencies. It is located in the cloister of the Sabatini Building.
There are three bike parks outside the Museum:
