Collaborators

The Museo Reina Sofía organises exhibitions and activities by international artists. The institutional relations enable activities to be held and carried out around the exhibitions. The contributors are also involved in the development of these activities, just as the Museo invites the participation of companies supporting cultural projects for the first time; alliances that benefit the set-up of new initiatives for the Public Activities programme.


Acción Cultural Española, AC/E A Partnership Agreement between the Museo Reina Sofía and Spain’s Public Agency for Cultural Action to develop the touring exhibition Pity and Terror. Picasso’s Path to Guernica. AC/E, in accordance with its social objective of supporting exhibitions, events and initiatives to disseminate and promote Spanish culture, joins the Museo with the intention of participating in the composition of Pity and Terror. Picasso’s Path to Guernica and to subsequently tour with an adapted version of the exhibition.

Adif A Partnership Agreement between the Museo Reina Sofía and Adif to contribute towards disseminating nationalwide the exhibition Pity and Terror. Picasso’s Path to Guernica, as part of its Responsabilidad Corporativa y compromiso social policy.

Bankia A Partnership Agreement between the Museo Reina Sofía and Bankia to develop a Loyalty Programme with the Museo.

Embassy of Colombia A Partnership Agreement to develop the exhibition Beatriz González.

The Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation. A Collaboration Agreement to develop The Perturbable School, an extended programme of studies, residencies and cultural productions that runs in parallel to the exhibition Luis Camnitzer. Hospice of Failed Utopias.

The Iberdrola Foundation A Collaboration Agreement for the development of an extensive analysis and display technique in order to conduct a unique study of Picasso's Guernica.

Fundación Vivanco A Partnership Agreement between the Museo Reina Sofía and the Fundación Vivanco to contribute towards disseminating cultural activities in the Museo.

Goethe-Institut A Partnership Agreement to develop the exhibition Franz Erhard Walther. A Place for the Body.

Iberia A Partnership Agreement between the Museo Reina Sofía and Iberia to develop a Loyalty Programme with the Museo.

Institut français d’Espagne A Partnership Agreement between the Museo Reina Sofía and Institut français d’Espagne to develop the seminar “Marc Pataut in conversation with Jorge Ribalta” and the film series “The Image of Insurgence. Anonymous and Collective Cinema from May ‘68”.

Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Madrid A Partnership Agreement to develop the exhibition Luigi Guerri. The Map and the Territory.

Sotheby's Partnership Agreement between the Museo Reina Sofía and Sotheby’s Spain to contribute towards the dissemination of cultural activities in the Museo.
