Time Code IV

The idea behind Time Code’s fourth programme is the use of television as a creative medium and the development of the practice of international exchange and co-production that respects the identity of each of the participants. Under the heading Double Life, producers and programmers from seven European countries have provided a short piece by a video artist in their country, receiving the complete programme in exchange.
