Terraces

A visit to the Museum also offers an excellent opportunity to relax and converse in terrace and garden areas, where you can delight in the Museum's unique architectural features, thanks to the collaboration of the Mahou company. The Bar Terraza de Atocha is a modern space with a welcoming ambience and it stays open very late into the night. The fantastic views of Madrid from the Bar Terraza Nouvel regale the visitor with the reflection of the roofs of nearby buildings and make for an unequalled panoramic vision of the city. Finally, the Bar Terraza located in the Sabatini Building garden allows visitors to enjoy, in the middle of the city, a luxuriant green area designed by the architect Francisco Sabatini in the 18th century. Here leafy trees are found side-by-side with fountains and sculptures belonging to the Museum's collections.
