The Network of Museum Libraries (BIMUS) is an association of the libraries of twenty different centres: the library of the Museo Nacional del Teatro, attached to the National Institute of Performing Arts and Music (INAEM), the seventeen libraries of the museums owned by the state and managed directly by the Ministry of Culture, and recently incorporated libraries of Museo Nacional del Prado y Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía. Among other services, this network makes it possible for the catalogues of all the member libraries to be consulted online, through a Union Catalogue (http://bimus.mcu.es/).
